At Love A Labradoodle, we want to provide you with clear details regarding our pricing and connection deposit fee policies. Please read the following information carefully:

Pricing Details

1. Total Price and Sales Tax Structure:
   • Our pricing is determined on a Per Litter, Per Puppy, and Per Pick Spot basis.
2. Litter-Specific Pricing:
   • Each litter on our website will display the total price for the puppies at that particular litter.
3. Price Lock-In:
   • When you make a DEPOSIT WITH US, your deposit is time-stamped, and the current price is LOCKED in for you!!! This price will NOT change, regardless of any future fluctuations up or down 
4. Price Flexibility:
   • Please note that the "Pre-Birth Price" and the general "Price" on our website are subject to change, either higher or lower, at any time.
5. Factors Affecting Pricing:
   • Pricing adjustments may occur due to various factors, including:
     • The birth of puppies
     • Fluctuations in demand for specific litters
     • Availability of different pick spots
     • Overall availability of puppies
     • Delayed deposits, as we do not honor past pricing.
6. Determining Your Specific Price:
   • Your specific puppy price will be LOCKED in based on the following factors:
     • Date and time of your deposit
     • The price of the litter at the time of your deposit
     • The pick spot you choose or are assigned
   • We do not offer price matching for any pricing changes, including price reductions. The price at the time of your deposit or any subsequent changes is the price you will be locked in at.
7. Receipt Confirmation:
   • After receiving your deposit or if we move you to a different litter, we will promptly email you a receipt for your records. This receipt will also display the total price you were locked in at for your reference.

Connection Deposit Fee Details

1. Connection Deposit Fee Variability:
   • ​​​​​​​The Connection Deposit Fee is a required fee that can fluctuate either higher or lower at any time. We do not honor past fee amounts, and we do not offer price matching.
2. Non-Refundable, Transferable Fees:
   • ​​​​​​​Please be aware that Connection Deposit Fees are non-refundable. However, they are transferable for up to one year.
3. Reservation Process:
   • ​​​​​​​By placing a Connection Deposit Fee, you secure a reservation for a puppy. The breeder reserves the right to have the first pick of the litter without prior notice, up to the puppy's 4th week of age.
   • Reserved puppies are chosen in the order that Connection Deposit Fees were received, based on collar colors, or during the weekend closest to the 5th-6th week of age.
   • The Connection Deposit Fee you've paid will be deducted from the puppy's Total Price on the day of pickup.
4. Timely Selection:​​​​​​​
   • It is essential to adhere to the selection timeline. Failure to do so may result in forfeiting your turn to the next person in line or allowing the breeder to make the selection based on pictures and personal information.
5. Unforeseen Circumstances:
   • ​​​​​​​In the event of unforeseen circumstances affecting the litter, your chosen puppy, or other factors before the Pickup Date (when puppies are 8 weeks old), the breeder may offer another puppy as a replacement or roll your reservation over to a future litter. This decision is at the breeder's discretion and availability.
6. Fee Non-Refundability:
   • ​​​​​​​Please note that even under such circumstances, the Connection Deposit Fee remains non-refundable. If you purchase a puppy and it is held past its 8-week birthdate by the breeder for any reason, full payment is still required on the pickup date. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your Connection Deposit Fee, as well as this contract, and no puppy will be provided.

Contract Terms

• All the terms outlined here, along with the terms of our Connection Deposit Fee contract and our Health Guarantee, are effective from the moment your Connection Deposit Fee is paid and moving forward.
